Home & Abroad Songs: FayRey

Friday night (Feb. 19) is the big compilation release show at Cafe Nine. We’re excited to have FayRey back for this show … they’ll be playing toward the beginning of the line-up, so get there on time. We got a really good response to FayRey’s set at the Elm City PopFest last November, and they’ll be playing as a trio this time around, so I’m expecting great things.

Both of these videos are from the popfest in November.

Slam Donahue will be playing February 19 at the “Home and Abroad Songs Vol. 2″ compilation release at Cafe Nine. I’m excited to see these guys. I really like their sound and have been enjoying the recordings. Above is the video for “These Things,” which appears on the comp. Below is the video for “Keep It All Complete” — I really like this video — very cool concept.

Come out and hear them along with NYC’s The Ballet, FayRey and Westbrook’s DayPape.

February 19 is soon approaching! CDs are burned and ready to go. Get ready for the release of “Home & Abroad Songs Vol. 2″ — who else is handing out free double disc CDs? Anyone?

New York’s The Ballet will he headlining the release show along with Slam Donahue, FayRey and Westbrook’s DayPape. Check out The Ballet here at The Knitting Factory for the New York City PopFest in 2007. We’re really excited to be bringing The Ballet to New Haven. Don’t miss this show.
