Elm City PopFest is 4 days away!

I’m personally pretty excited to see One Happy Island play. And this track off of their EP, “Secret Party That The Other Party Doesn’t Know About,” is probably one my favorite songs in recent memory. Warning: It will be stuck in your head for the rest of the day … or week … or month.

New York’s The Metric Mile are back making great music and playing out after taking a short hiatus. We’re proud to have them headline the afternoon show at the first Elm City PopFest. Check out the A-side off their 2007 single.

Almost … but not quite.
FayRey takes their name from the 1930s blond bombshell vixen of the arthouse-gaudy-monster-flick fame, Fay Wray. An original gothic girl who rocked the screen and for thier money rocked America. Queen of horror heroines of an earlier time: the raw, primitive and bold 1930′s America.

Boston’s One Happy Island is going through some ch-ch-changes. They’ll be performing as a three-piece in New Haven … sans bassist. But check out this video to get a pretty good idea of how awesome they’ll be regardless.
