Thanks to everyone who came out to Two Boots in Bridgeport on Saturday night. It was a great night of music.
Surefire Broadcast started things off with their dreamy, shoegazey pop sound. CT-natives Werewolf Police really impressed. Thanks to them for bringing so many people out as well. Hopefully we’ll be getting WP some more shows in the New Haven area. I think the city would really like their sound. Boy Genius rocked as usual, closing things out. Then they kept us up till 4 a.m. back at the headquarters in West Haven, cracking jokes and drinking beers. I’m pretty sure a good time was had by all.
I’ve said it before (multiple times), and I’ll say it again: Two Boots is a great place to see a show: Friendly staff; professional sound, stage and gear; all-ages venue; and great food and drinks.
